D E M O N C H A R A C T E R I S T I C S

-The Demon ROV can be provided in various depth ratings to 3000 metres governed by the buoyancy material fitted and depth rating of the electronics pods. All other components are oil filled and pressure compensated for depth. A standard vehicle is provided with:

- 3 tonne through lift frame with 6 variable lift points.
- 100 shp Curvetech propulsion system:
- Three vertical Curvetech HT 300BA thrusters.
- Four vectored Curvetech HT 380BA thrusters.
100 shp Curvetech double ended power pack rated for continuous
running at full power. Single pump fitted as standard. Optional
second pump can be fitted for auxiliary hydraulic circuit.
- 8 way Curvetech thruster control unit. 7 high flow 77 LPM servo valves fitted for thrusters with optional additional valve for variable flow tooling port with manually adjustable PVR in HP supply to provide variable pressure.
- Two 10 function Curvetech solenoid valve packs.
- One pan and tilt unit.
- Optional look up rotary actuator.
- Optional variable pressure and flow tooling port with QDs
- 5 power and control outlets for colour or SIT cameras.
- 6 HV 3000 variable intensity underwater flood lights.
- Fluxgate compass and integral rate gyro.
- Hydraulic pressure and depth sensor.
- Interface for sector scan sonar.
- Electrical penetrators for additional sensors.
- 3 off 24 VAC 2.5 amp switched power sources for additional sensor/tools.
- 4 off 110 VAC 2 amp switched power sources for additional sensor/tools.
- 1 interface for trans/responder.

- 96 analogue channel up and down capacity.
- Auto heading.
