-The
Centurion HD workclass ROV system has
been evolved by Subsea 7 from the well-known
Centurion ROV incorporating field proven
features and technology employed in our
highly successful Hercules vehicle series.
-The 100hp
or 120hp hydraulic system with Curvetech
type HT300 thrusters mounted in vector
format has resulted in a vehicle with
increased power and capability, augmenting
the vehicles reliability reducing total
vehicle breakdown times and in the event
of breakdown aids rectification of the
defect reducing repair times.
-The Centurion
HD has been built to perform a large number
of underwater tasks, and with a through
frame lifting capacity of 2T @ 4g (equivalent
to 2.67T @ 3g) allows additional tooling
to be interfaced to the vehicle as potentially
required. The inclusion of a computer
generated display of diagnostic system
increases the vehicles reliability reducing
total breakdown times and in the event
of a breakdown the system also aids rectification
of the defect consequently reducing repair
times.
