H A M M E R H E A D C H A R A C T E R I S T I C S

-The Hammerhead Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) has been
designed and built using technology established by Subsea 7. An inhouse built and operated system, the Hammerhead boasts a 150hp
hydraulic system and together with four vertical and four vectored
thrusters the vehicle proves to be highly manoeuvrable and proficient.

-Fibre optic technology is used for video and data transmission allowing the system to be interfaced to a wide range of tooling equipment and survey sensors.

-With its extremely high payload capability, onboard navigation system,
extensive computer diagnostics and superior depth rating of up to 5,000msw the Hammerhead authenticates itself as the King of the
Subsea 7 fleet.
